After creating a user profile (name, age, weight, height) DietPlan asks for your Person Regimen Information. This is information about your activities and food intake for a given period of time. You tell DietPlan about the food you eat, how much you eat, how you exercise and for how long.

DietPlan matches this information with its own extensive food and activities database while also allowing you enter your own food data and activities information. Once this information has been entered, DietPlan goes to work analysing the information you've provided it.
